CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
We now accept cancellations 2 weeks before arrival. However, you can transfer your reservation to a friend!
SAFETY DEPOSIT
A deposit of $150 (pre-authorization on the card or in cash) will be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at departure if the conditions (cleaning and breakage) are respected. We reserve the right to keep this deposit in full or in part if we judge the condition of the accommodation not acceptable at the time of departure.
OTHER INFORMATION
Pets are not allowed and the rooms are non-smoking.
Please be aware that a penalty will be deducted in case of non-compliance with the rules, which amounts to the full security deposit ($150).
Curfew is at 11 pm.
